Removal of streetlight and traffic signal poles from Swann Street to Florida Avenue NW. These removals will be done in a block by block sequence (east side and west side).

Transfers from R Street to Florida Avenue. This installation will be done in a block by block sequence (east side and west side).

Demolition and installation of sidewalks from P Street to R Street NW (west side).

Installation of electrical conduit and manholes at U Street NW (east and west side).
